Reminder: Constitution & Bylaws referendum underway

January 31, 2020

Doctors of BC members are currently being asked to vote on a proposal to amend the Constitution and Bylaws as a whole. The changes proposed in this referendum include structural and process modifications, as well as clarifications to current language, to ensure that we continue to govern ourselves in the best way possible.

Voting opened the morning of Friday, January 31, 2020, and will close February 26, 2020. All members in good standing will have received the CEO’s Notice on January 30 via email, as well as an email invitation to vote from our new third-party vendor, ElectionBuddy.

Members are assured that they will receive the same level of service, voting ease, and confidentiality with ElectionBuddy as was provided by our previous vendor.

Explanatory information on the proposed changes in this referendum can be found on the ballot, which can be accessed via the ElectionBuddy email invitation.

Members can expect to receive follow-up emails reminding them to vote until their vote has been cast.

Should you not receive your email invitation from ElectionBuddy, or have technical difficulties accessing the voting site or logging in, please contact ElectionBuddy directly at or Doctors of BC at .
