Funding available to attend Rural and Remote Medicine Course

February 26, 2018

The Joint Standing Committee on Rural Issues (JSC) will provide funding of $1,000 to any BC rural doctor interested in attending the
Society of Rural Physicians of Canada’s 26th Annual Rural and Remote Medicine Course on April 12 to 14, 2018. This year’s event takes place in St John’s, Newfoundland.

The SRPC’s Rural and Remote Medicine Course is one of the largest rural medical conferences, and it gives rural doctors the opportunity to gain or upgrade vital skills, exchange knowledge, develop your professional and social networks, and compare notes on the evolving field of rural medical practice.
