He has held numerous medical leadership positions, most recently as Vice President of Medicine and Academic Affairs at Vancouver Coastal Health. He has also served on the Provincial Medical Services Executive Council, working with the Ministry of Health, Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC), and health authorities.

Dr Kim Sing is a certified organizational coach who helps individuals and medical teams improve their performance, engagement, and strategic planning. He is passionate about physician engagement and brings this coaching mindset to his work, having led or sponsored VCH initiatives focused on leadership development and equity, diversity, and inclusion.
