EMR Skill Building Sessions are designed to help family physicians, medical office assistants (MOAs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and other practice team members expand their expertise in using their Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
This EMR session will focus on key tools that support proactive patient care and efficient practice management. Topics will include:
- Reviewing and implementing interventions
- Creating care plans and recall systems
Participants will learn how these EMR functions can help set up recurring and adhoc reminders through interventions as well as alerts and ensure appropriate follow ups through recall workflows.
