Registration

Advance registration for the AGM will be available in April 2020, on this webpage.

Members in good standing are welcome to register on-site in advance of the AGM.
On-site registration is available on Friday, May 29 from 1:30 PM onwards, in the Grand Ballroom Foyer, North Tower.

Schedule of Events

Friday, May 29

Daytime
Morning – Representative Assembly (RA) Meeting
Afternoon – RA meeting, followed by Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The time of the AGM will be confirmed in advance. The AGM is open to all members in good standing.

Evening
5:00 p.m – Pre-Awards Ceremony Reception
6:00 p.m – Annual Awards Ceremony and Installation of President
7:00 p.m – Dinner and remarks by new President Dr Matthew Chow
