A webinar presented by the Health Data Coalition (HDC) will provide information on data tools to support physicians in their practices. The 90 minute session is the second in a series of webinars on this topic. HDC’s goal is to help physicians to better understand their patient population and patterns of practice, explore data-informed learning, and track improvements in patient care over time.
