The goal of the GPSC Fall Summit is to engage, inspire and motivate physicians, division staff, health authority, and Ministry of Health people to transform the energy of A GP for Me into continuing to create an integrated system of care. The GPSC would like to hear from divisions and their health authority partners who are interested in sharing learnings, accomplishments, or works-in-progress that either build on A GP for Me or develop a component of the patient medical home / primary care home. Any scale of presentation is welcome, from rapid fire to workshop, and entirely narrative to PowerPoint with handouts.

Please send a description of your proposed topic to gpsc@doctorsofbc.ca by November 3, 2016.

Opening plenary statements

During the opening plenary statements, physicians will have the opportunity to share their A GP for Me experiences by providing concise (one minute or less), high-level answers to the question: “What has improved most for patients, doctors, and/or my community?”

Physicians who would like to participate can e-mail their name and statement to gpsc@doctorsofbc.ca.
