Physician Recruitment and Retention Stakeholder Summit

This is an invitation-only event.

This upcoming summit will focus on achieving three goals:  

1. To build a plan and journey map that helps remove known recruitment barriers across BC and outlines the process to follow when applying to work as a physician in BC.
2. To define the recruitment and retention roles at the local, regional and provincial levels and disseminate tools for best practices to help local and regional groups streamline and improve their recruitment approach.
3. To shape the structure that will be ongoing to determine physician manpower needs including monitoring of recruitment and retention.
