About the Federation of Medical Women of Canada

The FMWC is a national organization committed to the professional, social and personal advancement of women physicians and to the promotion of the well-being of women both in the medical profession and in society at large. For many decades they have been actively engaged in providing a unified public voice for women physicians and improving management of women’s health issues. With 19 branches across the country, the federation also provides a forum for networking between women physicians.

About the Event

Women physicians innately bring many of the traits needed for leadership today. They work in their patients’ best interest to make things happen, and advocate for change. Along with key updates in healthcare across several medical disciplines, this conference is designed to nurture leadership skills and talent to allow women physicians to optimize their potential and lead initiatives aimed to improve patient care.
