The Statutory Negotiating Committee is responsible for planning, organizing, conducting and concluding all Doctors of BC negotiations with the provincial government for the various provincial master and subsidiary agreements. This activity includes recommending the strategic approach, particular proposals and core objectives for the negotiations, as well as recommending a tentative agreement at the end of the negotiations.
