The Provincial MOCAP Review Committee (PMRC) is responsible for (but not limited to) overseeing the implementation of the recommendations from the MOCAP Redesign Panel, addressing concerns from MOCAP groups who do not agree with the recommendations, ensuring consistency across Health Authorities, and considering an evaluation of the whole process. The PMRC is also responsible for adjudicating call group appeals and disputes in accordance with section 17.6 of the Physician Main Agreement.
