President-Elect online forum
Join the online forum for the president-elect candidates on Thursday, November 13, from 7:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. This is an opportunity to hear directly from each candidate about how they intend to work with their Board colleagues and represent BC physicians as the association’s official spokesperson.

Bylaw referendum
Members are also invited to participate in an administrative bylaw amendment referendum, which seeks to better align Doctors of BC’s bylaws with the association’s strategic priorities and directives.
Voting
- Electronic voting begins on Monday, October 27, 2025. Eligible members received an email from ElectionBuddy, which included a link to vote in both the election and the referendum
- All members are eligible to vote for the role of President-Elect and in the referendum.
- Members with a registered address in any of the districts for which there is a vacancy in the Representative Assembly will also be eligible to vote for their district representative.
- Additionally, current voting members of the Representative Assembly will be invited to elect individuals for positions on the Board and Statutory Committees.
- Voting closes 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, November 27, 2025.
