Join Doctors of BC and SWITCH BC for an informative webinar to foster a safer and more respectful work environment.
Participants will learn to:
- Access resources and understand the Health and Safety Program.
- Identify workplace hazards and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Recognize common chemical and biological hazards and apply best practices.
- Define workplace violence, understand employer obligations, and learn incident reporting and response protocols.
- Address workplace bullying and harassment, clarify worker rights and employer responsibilities, and understand reporting procedures.
A live Q&A session will take place at the end of the webinar, and participants are encouraged to submit their questions during registration. All medical office staff are welcome to attend the event. However, only physicians will be awarded an accreditation certificate upon completion of the session.
