The 2025 AGM will be a hybrid meeting. Members may attend in-person at the Westin Wall Centre Vancouver Airport (3099 Corvette Way, Richmond, BC) in the Airport Ballroom, or virtually through Zoom.

  • All members must be in good standing and must be pre-registered in order to attend. All attendees will have the opportunity to vote on all items during the AGM with the use of an online voting system, regardless of whether attending in person or through Zoom.
  • Important: Ballots will be distributed via email during the meeting at the time each vote is called. Please ensure you have access to the email address you provided at time of registration during the AGM in order to receive the ballots.
