Online registration is available through the Doctors of BC website in late April
Online registration closes at midnight Thursday, May 29.
The Doctors of BC Annual General Meeting is open to all members in good standing. Registration is required for all sessions.
Seating for the President’s Luncheon and Dinner Banquet are limited so remember to buy your tickets early.
Schedule of Events
6:30am - Onsite Registration opens, Crystal Pavilion Foyer, on the Lobby Level
9:30am - Business Meeting, in the Crystal Pavilion Ballroom, on the Lobby Level
12noon - Presidents Luncheon with Address by Incoming President Dr William Cavers, in the Oceanview Suites 5-8, on the ‘R’ Level
The Business Meeting may reconvene after the luncheon if necessary, in the Crystal Pavilion Ballroom, on the Lobby Level.
5:00pm - Awards Ceremony Pre-Reception, in the Oceanview Foyer, on the ‘R’ Level
6:00pm - Annual Awards Ceremony, in the Oceanview Suites 5-8, on the ‘R’ Level
7:15pm - Annual Dinner & Dance, in the Oceanview Suites 1-4, on the ‘R’ Level
