Sessions are developed by a team of physicians, MOA peer mentors and Practice Support Program coaches. They include live demonstrations and opportunities to ask questions and share experiences.

Topics are informed by physician feedback. Previous topics include:

  • Workflows for keeping your panel in the Provincial Attachment System (PAS) up to date
  • Screening and prevention strategies
  • Scheduling and advanced access
  • Digital referrals and orders
  • Workflows specific to payment models (e.g., LFP, NTP contracts)
