2027 Budget submission to the provincial government

Doctors of BC advocates for its members to ensure the physician voice informs health care-related budget priorities. We recently submitted a response to the provincial government during its 2027 budget consultation, which included three recommendations (the maximum allowed) to increase health system capacity, address specialist wait times, and improve urgent rural medical transport. Addressing challenges in these areas will support a more sustainable health care system.
