Doctors of BC elections: Make a difference for the profession

Are you interested in making a difference for the medical profession in BC? A great way to do this is by putting your name or the name of a colleague forward for a number of elected positions at Doctors of BC.

• Board of Directors – 1 family physician, 2 specialists   

• Governance Committee – 1 member at large

Doctors of BC supports diversity in our governance bodies and encourages nominations from all groups for all positions.

Timelines

• Nominations Close – 11:59 pm, Thursday October 21, 2021
• All Campaign Materials – 3:00 pm, Friday October 29, 2021
• Electronic Voting Starts – Monday November 8, 2021
• Electronic Voting Ends – 11:59 pm, Thursday December 9, 2021
• Election Results Announced, Friday December 10, 2021

All positions will take effect on January 1, 2022.
