Engaging with Members

How we engage with our members

Engaging with our members is critical to ensure we understand where our members stand on issues of importance to them. Doctors of BC also consults with members for input on how best to respond to their needs. We do this both in-person and online through surveys, comment boards, and discussion forums. We also stay in touch with members through Divisions of Family Practice and Medical Staff Associations, grassroots organizations of physicians that receive funding from Doctors of BC and the BC government through the Physician Master Agreement.

Doctors of BC engages with members in several ways, both in-person and online, including:

  • Meetings and group discussions

  • Focus groups

  • Surveys

  • Online forums and comment boards
