Registration

Our advanced registration is now closed.

Members in good standing are welcome to register for the Annual General Meeting on-site at the event. Please come to the Pan Pacific Hotel at 999 Canada Place, to the Crystal Pavilion Foyer on the Lobby Level.

The on-site registration desk opens at 6:30 am. 

Schedule of Events

6:30 am - Onsite Registration opens, Crystal Pavilion Foyer, on the Lobby Level

7:00 am - Society of General Practitioners (SGP) Annual General Meeting, in the Oceanview Suites 5-6, on the ‘R’ Level

9:30 am - Business Meeting, in the Crystal Pavilion Ballroom, on the Lobby Level

12 noon - Presidents Luncheon with Address by Incoming President Dr Alan Ruddiman, in the Oceanview Suites 5-8, on the ‘R’ Level. 

The Business Meeting may reconvene after the luncheon if necessary, in the Crystal Pavilion Ballroom, on the Lobby Level. 

5:15 pm - Awards Ceremony Pre-Reception, in the Oceanview Foyer, on the ‘R’ Level 

6:00 pm - Annual Awards Ceremony, in the Oceanview Suites 5-8, on the ‘R’ Level 

7:15 pm - Annual Dinner & Dance with live music by Trevor Hoffmann & friends, in the Oceanview Suites 1-4, on the ‘R’ Level

Compliments of Club MD providers, all attendees of the Business Meeting will receive:

• 2 days of complimentary parking at Park'N Fly Vancouver.
