At Doctors of BC, we welcome evaluations of programs. It’s how we continually strive to improve and provide best quality patient care. However, we believe the incentive fee study done by UBC’s Centre for Health Services and Policy Research (CHSPR) has significant flaws and does not take into account the full range of the General Practice Services Committee's (GPSC) primary programs.
