Webinar: Navigating Through Conflicts

Join Doctors of BC’s Business Pathways for a webinar, Managing Workplace Conflict Series: Part 2 - Navigating through conflicts on Tuesday, April 25, from 7:00am – 8:00am.

When a workplace disagreement escalates, it can result in lower productivity, absenteeism, miscommunication, stress, errors, complaints, and missed opportunities for innovation. The second session of the series will build upon skills for navigating conflict at work. This workshop’s focus will be on conflict experienced by others, which members may be asked to assist in resolving. It will contain ways for dealing with issues such as clinical staff conflict, conflicts on professional association boards, allied health professional problems, and other scenarios.
